If you are listed here and did not ask to be
Most profiles on this site were compiled from public sources: the published member roster of the Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas de Mexicali, A.C., the published practitioner directory of NewCity Medical Plaza in Tijuana, and, for clinics, the Los Algodones business directory. The dentists and clinics in them have not been contacted, have not paid, and have not reviewed what is written. Every such entry says so on its face.
You can have it corrected, claimed, or removed. There is no charge for any of the three, and removal is not conditional on buying anything.
- Correct it. Email [email protected] with the profile URL and what is wrong. Factual corrections are made within five working days.
- Claim it. Send the name as printed on your cédula profesional and the number, and the profile becomes yours to control. Claiming is free and is not a purchase.
- Remove it. Email [email protected] from an address at your practice, or write from any address and say how to reach you to confirm. The listing comes down within five working days and the URL is not reused.
A clinic can ask for its own entry to come down without that affecting the dentists listed as practising there, and a dentist can leave without their clinic's entry changing. They are separate records here because a patient chooses both, and either can ask on its own.
Privacy
If you are a patient reading the site
No account is required and none is offered, so there is nothing to sign up for and no profile of you to build.
There is also no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no session recording, no
advertising pixel, no cookie set for tracking. Nobody here can see which pages you read or
how long you stayed, which means the question of whether reading
/procedures/dental-implants/ reveals something about you does not arise.
No health information is asked for anywhere on this site, and the enquiry forms say not to send any. Form submissions go to Web3Forms and arrive as email; they are not stored in a database here.
Payments, where you make one, are handled entirely by PayPal on PayPal's own systems. No card number ever reaches this site, and none is stored here.
If you are a dentist or clinic in the directory
What is published is professional information already public: your name, the procedures you offer, your practising address, your cédula profesional number where it has been confirmed, and the date it was checked. No personal contact details, no home address, nothing about you as a private individual.
Under Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares you may exercise your ARCO rights, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by writing to info@getareal.dentist. The correction and removal routes above are that process, in practice.

Terms of use
What this site is, and is not
A directory. It does not practise dentistry, does not give dental or medical advice, does not recommend one dentist over another, and is not a party to your treatment. Choosing a provider and deciding on treatment is between you and that provider.
Verification means one specific thing: on the date shown, a named public register said what the profile says it said. It is not a judgement about anyone's skill, their outcomes, or whether you should see them. A licence can lapse the day after it was checked, which is why the date is published beside it rather than hidden.
Where a profile says a licence is not verified, that means nobody has checked it yet, or that a check was made and did not confirm. Those are different states and the profile says which. Neither is an accusation.
Prices
The cost ranges are compiled from prices clinics publish and from US self-pay sources, with the date and the sources on each page. They are for budgeting, never a quote, and no clinic is bound by them.
Using what is published here
Read it, link to it, quote it, and cite it. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl and cite it, which is why nothing in this site's robots.txt tries to stop them.
What is not permitted is bulk extraction: systematically copying the listings, the verification records or the cost data to build or feed a competing directory or dataset. The individual facts are public and belong to nobody. The compilation, the checking and the dates are the work this site consists of.
Payment for a promoted listing buys placement within a verification level and never the level itself. That rule is the product, and it is stated on the pricing page in the same words.
